The JAYCEE CORRIDOR & ARBORETUM, a 400-linear foot Espanade, that cultivates numerous species of trees, shrubbery and flowers, has been a work-in-progress for over six(6) years, in bringing together volunteers from around the state and visitors across the country, to a most serene and colorful park-like venue that is home to areawide EARTH DAY kick-offs, ARBOR DAY Tree Plantings, ECOLOGY DAYS Weekend, CORPORATE CARES DAYS and the national program of volunteerism, MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY! The efforts to make this locale a truly AWARD-WINNING arena, has been an extensive effort of dedication, communal work ethic, personal sacrifice and episodes of joyous events and collective shating of life and love. JAYCEE Riverwalk-Corridor Project Chairman, Ronnie Holloway, has devoted several years of his available free time, to building the JAYCEE Corridor & Arboetum under all kinds of circumstances and weather conditions.
